Hi! I'm your teacher, Sam.
I've been practicing yoga for more than eight years, traveling the world to learn from teachers in Detroit, Chicago, Washington D.C. and London. My yoga practice has not only improved my physical health, but expanded my mental well-being far beyond my expectations. I received my 200 YT in 2018 and have been passionate about sharing this practice ever since.
Mostly, I'm excited to make space for those who aren't sure if yoga is for them. It's easy to be intimidated by large classes of super flexible folks or words you can't understand.
I'm here to teach terms, poses and variations for the newest yogi to the most experienced practitioner and learn a bit on the way.
